By accessing or using AI GC (the "Service"), operated by IIIMPACT LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AI GC is a construction budget intelligence platform that enables users to extract material data from Autodesk Revit models and generate multi-tier construction cost estimates. The Service includes a web application, a Revit plugin, API access, and related tools.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (Solo, Studio, Firm). Free trials may be offered at our discretion. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service; share your API keys with unauthorized parties; or resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including Revit material takeoffs, cost databases, and project information. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share your project data with other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The cost estimates generated by AI GC are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions, bidding, or contract pricing. Actual construction costs may vary significantly based on location, market conditions, labor availability, material specifications, and other factors. You are responsible for independently verifying all cost data before relying on it.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by IIIMPACT LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Revit plugin is licensed for use with a valid subscription and may not be redistributed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIIMPACT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IIIMPACT LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
