AI GC ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of IIIMPACT LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at aigc.iiimpact.ai, our Revit plugin, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture).
Project & Usage Data
We collect the material takeoff data you push from Revit, project names, cost database entries, supplier information, and budget configurations. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to members of your organization.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Automatically Collected Information
We collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use cookies to maintain your session and preferences.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities; detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the Service (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting); law enforcement if required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest; row-level security on all database tables ensuring organizational data isolation; API key authentication for the Revit plugin; and regular security audits.
We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
